As we are not set up for online ordering and payment at this time, we accept personal checks, money orders or cashier's checks. These must be mailed to us at the above address upon confirmation of your order total, including shipping charges. It may take up to two weeks for a personal check to clear. All orders are held until the check clears. Please note an additional 7% sales tax will be applied for customers in New Jersey. We use the USPS for shipping orders.
We will gladly mail your gift selections directly to the recipient and enclose a gift tag with a short message...or send them anonymously if you wish. We also have Gift Certificates available.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES, NON-DELIVERABLE, REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Make certain that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. Allenwood Soapworks LLC will not be held responsible for returned packages due to incorrect addresses. If a customer makes an address error, the customer is responsible for paying additional delivery charges before we will re-send the package. If we make an error, then we will absorb the additional fees for re-shipping. If an order is returned to us due to an address error on your part and you choose to cancel the order, you will be refunded on only the cost of products, not on shipping, and minus a 15% restocking, packing and handling fee.

1. RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy, so please ask any questions before ordering to ensure your satisfaction. Due to the personal nature of our products, no returns, exchanges or store credits are accepted.
Please call or email us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives incomplete or if you receive an incorrect item. If you receive an incorrect item, we will ask that you return the product to us. Once we have received the item, we will send you your replacement product and reimburse you for the return shipping charges. You must contact us prior to returning merchandise or we cannot guarantee that we will be able to process your return.
We take great care in packaging our products for shipment. If products are received in damaged condition, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your package. Please do not discard packaging or damaged products until speaking with us. We may ask that you return the product and/or packaging to us.
2. SAFETY POLICY, DISCLAIMER/LIABILITY & PRODUCT ACCURACYAlthough Allenwood Soapworks LLC tries to be as accurate as possible when describing ingredients and supplies, it cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information that is provided via its Web site, print catalog, telephone conversations or written/e-mail correspondence. We do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content on the website are complete, current, or error free.
All of our products are offered in good faith but without guarantee. It is up to the customer to adequately research the appropriate use and safety information for each item, including any governmental regulations in place for proper usage. The contents of our catalog and Web site have not been evaluated by the FDA. We do not offer medical advice, and nothing contained in its pages is intended to substitute for professional advice for medical diagnosis, treatment, and cure or disease prevention. While each of our products has been made with the utmost care, there is always the risk of allergic reactions. If you have a serious skin condition, please consult your doctor before using a product. We label each of our products with their ingredients and request all customers study these ingredient listings carefully, most especially those customers with known allergies, before using a product. We ask that all our customers do a patch test with each new product, oil or scent before use. If any redness or irritation occurs, please discontinue use immediately. Due to the risk of irritation, bath additives are not recommended for prolonged use or for use by children. Always use caution when using soaps or bath additives as they can make the tub slippery. Certain essential oils and herbs are not recommended for use during pregnancy or lactation or if you have certain medical conditions. Please consult a doctor for advice before using. Remember: Allenwood Soapworks LLC does not make any medical claims regarding our products and any statements made regarding our products have not been evaluated by the FDA. We do not accept liability for how you choose to use the products purchased from our company. We take absolutely no responsibility for the misuse of any of our products nor do we assume liability for known or unknown allergic reactions. It is the customer’s responsibility to do thorough compatibility testing for product use. We make every effort to be accurate in the product information we provide. If you have any questions about the products we offer, please contact us before ordering. We will do our best to answer any questions you may have. We cannot guarantee that a product, container or ingredient will work in your particular application. It is your responsibility to test the item to ensure it will work in the manner for which you will use it.

3. YOUR PRIVACYWe do not sell nor distribute information collected to third parties. The only time you will be contacted by us would be concerning questions or problems about your order. We do sometimes send customers news of on-going sales or new products. This may be by mail or email but it is done directly by Allenwood Soapworks LLC and not another company.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHTAll content available on Allenwood Soapworks LLC’s website including, but not limited to, trademarks, text, graphics, logos, images, layout, audio clips, software, icons, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and the compilation of all content, is the sole property of Allenwood Soapworks LLC. The content may not be duplicated, modified or sold, in whole or in part, without the written consent from Allenwood Soapworks LLC. The creation of derivative works based on materials contained on the website including, but not limited to, products, services, fonts, logos, and unlicensed merchandise, is prohibited.
